Rates & Payment

My rates are $165 for a 60-minute session. Payment by Interac e-transfer is preferred; cash and cheque are also accepted. In the near future I will accept credit card payments (subject to a 2.4% transaction fee).

If finances are a barrier for you, and if you do not have extended-health care coverage for counselling services, please reach out to discuss sliding-scale options. The Green Bottle Guide is a helpful resource that may help determine where you fall on a sliding fee scale. 

I am also available to consult and provide information about lower-cost counselling and mental health support in our community.

Reimbursement Options

If you have extended health care coverage, the cost of our sessions may be covered. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure that Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) are among the practitioners covered by your particular plan. I do not offer direct billing, so you will need to pay for our sessions and then submit receipts for reimbursement.
