I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, clinical supervisor, and ceremony designer and host. I’m so glad you found me here!

I’ve been a counsellor for 20+ years, working with older youth and adults in post-secondary settings and community agencies. Before counselling, my background was in environmental education and youth outreach.
My interest in ceremony design and facilitation comes from a lifelong spiritual curiosity and a love for creative rituals and gatherings.
I am incredibly lucky to have built a career around creating meaningful relationships with people, and I look forward to meeting you.
